"Hello there fellow readers. I am pleased to present to you the fall/winter issue that you see today. For a long time, I wondered what would be the perfect topic to introduce to the readers for this issue. Finally, I looked back to the summary of my literary year. A topic that managed to stand out was folk art, specifically Nova Scotia folk art. In the summer, I read Nova Scotia Folk Art, and Our Maud: The Life, Art, and Legacy of Maud Lewis, both by Ray Cronin. I became fascinated with the topic of history, and knew that it had to be what I want to share with you today.
